of <h1>Exporters Urged to Resubmit Correct BRCs for 2013-2014 Shipping Bills by Feb 24, 2016, per Circular No. 05/2009.</h1> Attention is drawn to exporters regarding the submission of pending Bank Realization Certificates (BRCs) for Shipping Bills with Let Export Order (LEO) dates from April 1, 2013, to March 31, 2014. Many BRCs remain unsubmitted or contain errors, particularly with AD codes. Exporters must resubmit correct certificates by February 24, 2016, as per Circular No. 05/2009 Customs. Failure to comply may lead to actions under the Customs Act, 1962, to recover sanctioned drawback amounts with interest. For assistance, exporters can contact designated customs officials.
