The CBIC-GST Application requires mapping taxpayers to specific jurisdictional hierarchies, defined as Zone-Commissionerate-Division-Range (Z-C-D-R). For administrative efficiency, officers from different branches can manage refund tasks, and permissions will be adjusted accordingly. The Himayatnagar Division and Kachiguda I Range in Hyderabad have been designated as the Nodal Offices for these refunds. Charitable and religious institutions, along with UIN entities, must file their refund applications with these offices immediately.
