of <h1>Customs Extends Logistics Company Custodianship for 10 Years u/s 45(1), Effective April 2019 to April 2029.</h1> The Principal Commissioner of Customs has extended the custodianship of a logistics company under Section 45(1) of the Customs Act, 1962, for ten years, effective from April 26, 2019, to April 25, 2029. This extension is contingent upon the company's adherence to the Handling of Cargo in Customs Area Regulations, 2009, as amended, and any further instructions or guidelines from the Board or Custom House.
