Stakeholders, including Shipping Lines, Shipping Agents, and Exporters, must apply to operate under these regulations. Applications are submitted via the ICEGATE portal, detailing the entity, authorized personnel, intended operations, and supporting documents. Jurisdictional Customs officers will review and approve applications through ICES. Entities, especially those using E-Sealing, should register on ICEGATE promptly.
