of <h1>Customs Extends Shipping Company Custodianship for 10 Years Until 2029 u/s 45(1) of Customs Act, 1962.</h1> The Principal Commissioner of Customs has extended the custodianship of a shipping company for ten years, until May 26, 2029, under Section 45(1) of the Customs Act, 1962. This extension is contingent upon the company paying cost recovery charges and adhering to the Handling of Cargo in Customs Area Regulations, 2009, as well as any instructions or guidelines issued by the Board or Custom House.
