of <h1>Customs Extends SICAL's Visakhapatnam Freight Station Custodianship for 10 Years u/s 45(1) of Customs Act 1962.</h1> The Principal Commissioner of Customs has extended the custodianship of M/S SICAL Multimodal and Rail Transport Limited's Container Freight Station in Visakhapatnam for ten years, effective from January 25, 2019, until January 24, 2029. This extension is granted under section 45(1) of the Customs Act, 1962, and is contingent upon adherence to the Handling of Cargo in Customs Area Regulations, 2009, along with any related instructions or guidelines issued by the Board or Custom House.
