Stakeholders, including shipping lines and exporters, must submit applications via the ICEGATE web portal, detailing their operations and providing supporting documents. These applications will be reviewed by customs officers with a new role, ENT_APR, in the ICES system. A guidance note is available on the ICEGATE portal to assist applicants. Any implementation issues should be reported to the customs office promptly.
