It amends Public Notice No. 04/2019 to include provisions allowing the removal of containers to Balmer Lawrie CFS by rail within 48 hours of landing, based on importer requests or agreements. The 'Out of Charge' must be completed within 48 hours, extendable to 72 hours. Balmer Lawrie CFS is required to submit a monthly report in a specified format.
