of <h1>E-SANCHIT Mandatory for Exporters: Digital Document Upload Required for Shipping Bills Under 2019 Regulations. No More Hard Copies.</h1> Public Notice No. 39/2019 mandates the implementation of e-SANCHIT for exports as per the Shipping Bill (Electronic Integrated Declaration and Paperless Processing) Regulations, 2019. Effective immediately, exporters and customs brokers are required to upload all supporting documents digitally on e-SANCHIT when filing Shipping Bills. The submission of hard copies is no longer accepted. Any difficulties faced in implementing this notice should be reported to the Commissioner of Customs (Port). This directive serves as a Standing Order for customs officers and staff.
