of <h1>New Rail-Road Procedure for Container Transport to Nepal via Kolkata, Using ECTS as per Notice No. 08/2019.</h1> The circular outlines the procedure for transporting containers by rail from Kolkata/Haldia Docks to Bathnaha and then by road to Biratnagar, Nepal, using the Electronic Cargo Tracking System (ECTS) as per Public Notice No. 08/2019. To address congestion issues at LCS Jogbani, containers will be sealed with ECFS, transported by rail to Bathnaha, and then moved by road to Integrated Check Post (ICP) Jogbani for ECTS seal unlocking and trip report generation. The containers will subsequently enter Nepal through ICP Biratnagar. Queries can be directed to the Assistant/Deputy Commissioner of Customs, Nepal Unit, Custom House, Kolkata.
