of <h1>Implementation of Sea Cargo Regulations Delayed to August 1, 2019, Per CBIC Notification No. 17/2019.</h1> The Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment Regulations, 2018, originally set to take effect on March 1, 2019, have been amended. According to CBIC Notification No. 17/2019-customs (N.T.) dated February 27, 2019, the implementation date has been postponed to August 1, 2019. This notice is directed to Main Line Operators, Steamer Agents, Importers, Exporters, Customs Brokers, and other relevant stakeholders. The amendment follows a previous notification, No. 88/2018-customs (N.T.), which initially set the March implementation date.
