of <h1>India Expands 24/7 Customs Clearance for Nepal and Bhutan Transit Cargo at Kolkata and Haldia Docks.</h1> The Government of India has announced the extension of 24/7 customs clearance operations to include transit cargo for Nepal and Bhutan at N.S. Docks, Kolkata, and Haldia Docks. This expansion is under the Treaty of Transit between Nepal and India and the Agreement on Trade, Commerce, and Transit between Bhutan and India. It also includes the ECTS procedure for Nepal transit. The notice aims to facilitate Nepal Transit trade, and inquiries can be directed to the Assistant/Deputy Commissioner of Customs at the Nepal/Bhutan Unit in Kolkata.
