The focus is on formulating tax proposals related to Customs and Allied Acts. Stakeholders are encouraged to propose changes to the Customs Act, duty rates, exemptions, tariff descriptions, revenue measures, and import-export procedures. Submissions can be made via direct submission, email, or fax to the Office of the Commissioner of Customs, Cochin, by June 5, 2019.
