of <h1>RoSCTL Scheme Replaces RoSL for Garment Exports, Effective March 7, 2019, Offering Duty Credit Scrips Benefits.</h1> The Scheme for Rebate of State and Central Taxes and Levies on the export of garments and made-ups (RoSCTL) has been introduced, replacing the previous Rebate of State Levies (RoSL) scheme. Effective from March 7, 2019, the RoSCTL scheme provides benefits to exporters through duty credit scrips similar to the Merchandise Exports from India Scheme. Claims under the RoSL scheme are valid only for shipping bills with a Let Export Order date up to March 6, 2019. The transition period allows claims under existing scheme codes to be processed as RoSCTL claims until further procedural details are finalized.
