of <h1>Direct Port Delivery Limited to AEO Certificate Holders; Non-AEO Importers Must Obtain AEO Status for Access.</h1> The Direct Port Delivery (DPD) facility is now restricted to importers holding a valid Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) certificate, as per the reviewed guidelines. Shipping lines must manifest Import General Manifests (IGM) as DPDDPD or DPD CFS only for AEO status holders, upon verification of the AEO certificate and a 72-hour advance notice before vessel arrival. Non-AEO clients previously allowed under certain conditions must now obtain AEO status to access DPD services. Any issues should be reported to the Joint Commissioner of Customs.
