of <h1>New RoSCTL Scheme Replaces RoSL for Garment Exports, Effective March 2019; Check Notifications for Details.</h1> The Scheme for Rebate of State and Central Taxes and Levies on export of garments and made-ups (RoSCTL) has been introduced, effective from March 7, 2019, replacing the previous Rebate of State Levies (RoSL) scheme. This new scheme and its rebate rates were announced by the Ministry of Textiles through notifications dated March 7 and 8, 2019. Stakeholders such as exporters, customs brokers, and importers are advised to refer to the relevant circular and notification for detailed information. Any implementation issues should be reported to the Bengaluru City Commissionerate's office.
