of <h1>CBIC Launches Third Special Drive Refund Fortnight to Expedite GST Refunds for Exporters, July 16-31, 2018.</h1> The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) announced a third 'Special Drive Refund Fortnight' from July 16 to July 31, 2018, to expedite pending GST refund claims and assist exporters in filing them correctly. Dedicated refund cells and helpdesks will be available in each Commissionerate. Export organizations and councils are encouraged to help exporters with the refund process and error rectification. Trade associations and chambers are urged to inform their members about this initiative. The notice aims to raise awareness among trade and field formations about the refund process and encourage participation.
