of <h1>CBEC Partners with ICAI, ICWAI, ICSI to Launch ACES Certified Facilitation Centres for Taxpayer IT Support.</h1> The Central Board of Excise and Customs (CBEC) has established Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI), and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) to set up ACES Certified Facilitation Centres (CFCs). Members of these institutes with valid Certificates of Practice can establish CFCs to assist taxpayers lacking IT resources. These centers will offer services such as digitizing documents and online filing for a fee. Taxpayers can authorize CFCs to perform various functions in ACES on their behalf.
