of <h1>Customs Deputy/Assistant Commissioner in Indore to Oversee Drawback Claims for DTA Supplies to SEZ Units.</h1> The Commissioner of Customs in Indore has authorized the Deputy/Assistant Commissioner of Customs to manage the sanction and disbursement of drawback claims for supplies made by Domestic Tariff Area (DTA) units to units or developers in Special Economic Zones (SEZ). The DTA suppliers can claim the drawback based on a disclaimer issued by the SEZ unit or developer, which must be supported by a certificate from the specified SEZ officer confirming that the drawback has not been previously claimed. Trade associations and related committees are requested to disseminate this information to their members.
