Suppliers must submit documents, including a quintuplicate copy of Form ARE-3, duly signed by jurisdictional Excise authorities. Some officers have been hesitant to attest these documents due to procedural uncertainties. The Board has confirmed that suppliers can file ARE-3 in quintuplicate, allowing Range Officers to verify and attest the fifth copy for export benefits. Trade associations and relevant officials are urged to disseminate this information to ensure compliance and facilitate the process.
