of <h1>Telangana Establishes Anti-Profiteering Screening Committee u/r 123 of GST Rules 2017; Complaints via APAF-1 Form.</h1> The State of Telangana has constituted a State Level Screening Committee on Anti-profiteering under Rule 123 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. This committee, established by Government Order No. 607 dated October 4, 2017, includes a Commissioner of Central Tax and an Additional Commissioner of State Tax. The committee's office is located at the Medchal GST Bhavan in Hyderabad. Complaints related to anti-profiteering in Telangana can be submitted using the prescribed application form, APAF-1. Trade associations are encouraged to disseminate this information to relevant parties. FAQs and additional guidance are provided in annexures.
