of <h1>Hyderabad Customs: Update PAN in IEC by June 15 for GST compliance. Mandatory GSTIN for IGST credit from July 1.</h1> The notice from the Hyderabad Customs Commissionerate addresses exporters, importers, and stakeholders about updating the correct PAN number in IEC registration. Starting July 1, 2017, declaring a valid GSTIN in customs documents will be mandatory to claim IGST credit on imports or GST refunds on exports. The GSTIN must be validated for correct IEC/PAN linkage. Any discrepancies between the PAN used for GSTIN and IEC registration should be amended immediately. A special drive by GSTN for updating IEC in GSTIN is available from June 1 to June 15, 2017.
