of <h1>Service Tax Update: New Accounting Codes Introduced, '224-All Taxable Services' Removed, '225-Other Taxable Services' Added.</h1> The trade notice informs that the service tax accounting codes have been restored and new codes have been introduced. The Minor Head '224-All Taxable Services' has been removed and replaced with '225-Other Taxable Services.' Additionally, a new Sub-Head 'Penalties' has been added under each Minor Head within the Major Head '0044-Service Tax.' The Controller General of Accounts has assigned accounting codes for these changes. The notice requests that these updates be communicated to all relevant parties.
