of <h1>Hyderabad IV mandates e-payment and e-filing for Central Excise assessees with Rs. 10 lakh+ payments from April 1, 2010.</h1> The circular issued by the Hyderabad IV Commissionerate mandates that Central Excise assessees who paid ten lakh rupees or more in the previous financial year, including through CENVAT Credit, must make payments electronically via internet banking starting April 1, 2010. Additionally, these assessees are required to file their returns electronically through ACES from the same date, as manual returns will no longer be accepted.
