Every Wednesday from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm is designated as 'Taxpayers Day,' allowing taxpayers to meet with the Commissionerate Head and Divisional Officers without prior appointments to address grievances. Taxpayers are encouraged to send discussion points in advance via email or fax to specified contacts for various divisions. This initiative aims to facilitate effective communication and resolution of issues for taxpayers and their authorized representatives.
