of <h1>SEBI Mandates Daily FII Data Upload by Custodians Starting September 2, 2002, with Rs. 25,000 Registration Fee.</h1> The circular from SEBI, dated August 26, 2002, instructs all custodians of securities on the direct uploading of Foreign Institutional Investor (FII) data. Starting September 2, 2002, custodians must upload daily FII investment data from their site. They are required to submit a registration form and a one-time fee of Rs. 25,000 to avail the electronic filing facility. The data can be uploaded between 10 A.M. and 4 P.M. on working days, and specific instructions for the data loading process are provided. The facility also allows for the correction and reloading of data if errors occur during the initial upload.
