of <h1>Trade Notice 13/2019-20: Deadline Extended to May 31 for STEs Importing Feed-Grade Maize at 15% Duty.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade issued Trade Notice No. 13/2019-20 regarding the import of feed-grade maize under the TRQ scheme for the fiscal year 2019-20. The notice corrects a previous error in the financial year mentioned and extends the application deadline for State Trading Enterprises (STEs) to import maize at a 15% customs duty rate. This extension, now until May 31, 2019, is granted due to the inability of STEs to file applications by the original deadline of April 30, 2019. The imports are intended exclusively for poultry firms on an actual user basis.
