of <h1>IT Grievance Redressal Mechanism Set Up for GST Portal Issues; Local Nodal Officer Appointed in Jammu.</h1> The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs has established an IT Grievance Redressal Mechanism to address taxpayer complaints related to technical issues on the GST Portal. The Commissioner of the CGST Commissionerate in Jammu has appointed an Assistant Commissioner as the Local Nodal Officer for this purpose. The Local Nodal Officer will handle grievances and communicate with the Zonal Principal Nodal Officer. Details of the officer, including contact information, have been provided. Trade associations and related organizations are urged to disseminate this information to their members for awareness and necessary action.
