Appellate Authority named.</h1> An Authority for Advance Ruling has been established for the Union Territory of Daman & Diu, comprising one member each from the CGST and UTGST, to perform functions under the CGST and UTGST Acts. The authority's office is located at Fortune Square, Vapi-Daman Road, Gujarat. Additionally, the Chief Commissioner of CGST & Central Excise, Vadodara zone, has been appointed as the Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling for Daman & Diu. Trade and industry associations are urged to disseminate this information to their members and stakeholders.
