of <h1>Finance Circular: 100% Export Units Now Pay Actual Staff Costs, Not 1.5x Average. Previous Cost-Sharing Rules Unchanged.</h1> The circular from the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Board of Excise & Customs, dated January 11, 1988, modifies previous orders concerning the cost of posts created on a cost recovery basis. It stipulates that for 100% Export Oriented Undertakings, the cost of posts will now be equivalent to the actual salary and emoluments of the staff deployed, rather than 1 1/2 times the average cost as previously prescribed. This change is effective immediately. Existing instructions regarding cost-sharing by units in specified cases, as issued on June 10, 1986, will remain in force.
