It aims to assist importers, customs brokers, and other stakeholders with queries related to tax liabilities and difficulties in filing Bills of Entry or Shipping Bills. The Nodal Officer for this Helpdesk is the Appraising Officer, whose office is located on the second floor. Stakeholders are encouraged to consult the CBEC and Chennai VII Commissionerate websites for updates before visiting the Helpdesk. Any issues should be reported to the Principal Commissioner of Customs.
