of <h1>Pre-GST ROSL Rates Extended for Garment Exports: Submit Revised Undertaking for July-Sept 2017 Transition Period.</h1> The circular announces the continuation of pre-GST Rebate of State Levies (ROSL) rates for garment and textile article exports during the transition period from July 1, 2017, to September 30, 2017. Exporters must submit a revised undertaking for exports made during this period, with specific instructions for those exported between July 1 and August 4, 2017. Export Promotion Councils will assist in filing these undertakings. The rates will be applied automatically by the EDI System, and no separate claim is needed. Any difficulties should be reported to the customs office.
