of <h1>Amendments to All Industry Rates of Duty Drawback Effective July 1, 2017: Check Notifications for Guidance.</h1> Effective July 1, 2017, amendments to the All Industry Rates of Duty Drawback and related changes have been implemented. Importers, exporters, customs brokers, and trade members are advised to refer to Board's Circular No. 22 dated June 30, 2017, along with Notifications 58/2017-CUS (N.T.) and 59/2017-Cus (N.T.) dated June 29, 2017. These documents, alongside Notification 131/2016-Cus (N.T.) dated October 31, 2016, as amended, provide guidance for exporters, customs brokers, and the trade community. Any difficulties encountered should be reported to the department.
