of <h1>Visakhapatnam Airport Airlines Must Electronically Submit Pre-Check-In and Final Passenger Manifests per Customs Notification 107/2016.</h1> Airline operators at Visakhapatnam International Airport must comply with Notification No. 107/2016-Customs, requiring electronic transmission of passenger manifests. Carriers must submit a pre-check-in passenger manifest 12 hours before flight departure and a final manifest 15 minutes before takeoff to Indian Customs. Effective from May 15, 2017, carriers must transmit outbound passenger manifests in a specified format. Necessary system modifications for generating and submitting these manifests are required by November 2017. Any difficulties in implementation should be reported to the Commissioner of Customs.
