of <h1>Visakhapatnam Customs Office Implements Sevottam Standards; Submit Documents to Centralized Receipt Section Starting May 11, 2015.</h1> The Customs Office in Visakhapatnam has issued a public notice regarding the implementation of Sevottam standards, effective from May 11, 2015. All written communications, including applications and grievance letters related to the Custom House, must be submitted to the Centralized Receipt Section on the ground floor, except for Import General Manifests (IGMs), IGM amendments, line inclusions, and Manual Bills of Entry. Importers, exporters, and Custom House Agents are requested to comply with this directive to facilitate the implementation of Sevottam.
