of <h1>Customs Accepts E-BRC as Proof for Exports with LEO Until March 31, 2014, Under Drawback Scheme -BRC.</h1> The circular informs importers, exporters, customs brokers, and trade members about the acceptance of Electronic Bank Realization Certificates (E-BRC) from the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) as proof of realization of sale proceeds for exports with Let Export Order (LEO) dated up to March 31, 2014, under the Drawback Scheme. It refers to Board's Circular No. 06/2017-Customs and Circular No. 05/2009-Customs, which provide guidelines for this acceptance. Any difficulties encountered should be reported to the customs department.
