This delegation allows these officials to declare places as warehousing stations for 100% Export Oriented Units (EOUs), aiming to decentralize decision-making and reduce delays in setting up such units. The new notification, No. 33/94, supersedes the previous Notification No. 34/90 and should be read alongside Notifications No. 56/92 and No. 58/92.
