of <h1>Tribunal Requires Monthly Disposal Statements from Members Detailing Personally Dictated Orders by 5th of Each Month.</h1> The Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal issued a circular requesting its members to submit a Monthly Disposal Statement of appeals in a specified format. Each member of a Division Bench should report only the number of orders they personally dictated, excluding contributions from other members. The report should include only those files sent to the Registry by the last working day of the month, with signatures on the green sheet order. These statements are to be submitted directly to the President by the 5th of each month.
