of <h1>India Revises ROSL Rates for Garment Exports Effective July 1, 2017; Exporters Advised to Note Changes.</h1> The Government of India has revised the rates for the Rebate of State Levies (ROSL) on the export of garments and textile made-up articles, effective from July 1, 2017. The revised rates are 0.39% for ROSL and 0.23% for ROSL under the Advance Authorization-All Industry rates combination. These changes apply to exports with Let Export Order dates from July 1, 2017, onward. The Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) implementation of these revised rates has been completed. Exporters and customs brokers are advised to note these changes and report any implementation issues to the Commissioner of Customs, Chennai-IV.
