of <h1>International Airlines Must Electronically Submit Passenger Manifests to Indian Customs Before Departure Per Notification No. 107/2016.</h1> International airlines and their service providers must comply with Notification No. 107/2016 - Customs (N.T.) dated 11.08.2016, requiring electronic transmission of passenger manifests to Indian Customs. Carriers must submit a pre-check-in passenger manifest 12 hours before flight departure and a final manifest 15 minutes before takeoff. Effective from 15.05.2017, these manifests must be in a flat file format, similar to those used for inbound passengers. Carriers are instructed to update their systems to facilitate these submissions by November 2017. Any implementation issues should be reported to the Principal Commissioner of Customs.
