of <h1>DGFT Requires RAs and SEZs to Upload Orders Online; Compliance Due by February 28, 2019.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) mandates all Regional Authorities (RAs) and Special Economic Zones (SEZs) to upload Adjudication and Appellate Orders on the DGFT website. This directive follows instances of non-compliance with previous instructions. A new link on the DGFT site facilitates this process, requiring orders from April 1, 2018, to be uploaded within 15 days. Heads of RAs/SEZs must confirm compliance by February 28, 2019. Orders must be clear, complete, and in PDF format. User credentials will be provided for access, and the existing procedure for marking copies to CEIB remains unchanged.
