of <h1>Changes to Foreign Trade Policy: Amendments to SION for Aluminum Utensils in Handbook of Procedures 2004-2009.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has announced amendments, additions, and corrections to the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.2, 2004-2009, under the Foreign Trade Policy. These changes pertain to the Standard Input Output Norms (SION) for engineering products. Specifically, amendments are made to SION C-23, detailing the input-output norms for aluminum utensils with PTFE coating. Additionally, a new entry, SION C 2046, is introduced for aluminum non-stick utensils with a three-layer PTFE coating. These updates are detailed in Annexures 'A' and 'B' and are issued in the public interest.
