The modification involves updating the format of issue advertisements in Schedule XX-A to include SEBI's disclaimer clause. This clause clarifies that SEBI's observations on offer documents do not equate to approval of the issue or the offer document. These amendments are effective immediately and the updated guidelines can be accessed on SEBI's website. The circular is addressed to all registered merchant bankers.
