of <h1>Submit Redemption Certificates for Bond Cancellation by Feb 1 at Nhava Sheva or Face Action u/s 142.</h1> The Commissioner of Customs at Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, requests all holders of Advance, EPCG, DFIA, and EOU Authorizations to promptly submit copies of Redemption Certificates or Export Obligation Discharge Certificates (EODC) for bond cancellation and smooth clearance of consignments. A special drive for document submission will occur from January 21 to February 1, 2019. Required documents include original licenses, EODCs, and other relevant certificates. Failure to provide these documents may result in action under Section 142 of the Customs Act, 1962.
