of <h1>Incentives for Fast Track Companies: EPCG Authorizations Redemption for High-Value Exports, Para 5.11, Foreign Trade Policy.</h1> Attention is drawn to Para 5.11 of the Foreign Trade Policy concerning incentives for Fast Track Companies. The Policy Interpretation Committee, in its meeting on May 18, 2009, resolved that incentives will be granted for redemption of EPCG Authorizations issued from April 1, 1999, for CIF values of Rs.100 crores or more with a 12-year export obligation period, and from April 1, 2001, for other authorizations. This is contingent upon the completion of the Annual Average Export Obligation and fulfillment of 75% or more of the additional Export Obligation in half or less of the specified period.
