of <h1>Government Revises Duty Drawback Rates for Various Goods; Changes Effective January 25, 2018.</h1> The Government has amended the All Industry Rates of Duty Drawback, effective from January 25, 2018, following representations and data analysis related to the revised rates implemented from October 1, 2017. Enhancements in drawback rates apply to certain marine products, rubber articles, leather goods, wool yarn/fabric, glass handicrafts, bicycles, and fishing/sports nets. Conversely, drawback rates for specific chemicals have been reduced, and polypropylene mats have been reclassified under a different tariff item. These amendments are to be implemented as a standing order by the Customs officers and staff in Vijayawada.
