<h1>SEBI Updates Guidelines: National Investment Fund Now Included in Eligibility Norms for Securities Issuance u/s 11.</h1> The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has amended the SEBI (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000. Under the authority of Section 11 of the SEBI Act, 1992, a new sub-clause has been added to the eligibility norms for companies issuing securities. Specifically, sub-clause (l) has been introduced to include the National Investment Fund, established by a government resolution in 2005. These amendments are effective immediately and can be accessed on the SEBI website under the 'Legal Framework' and 'Issues and Listing' sections.
