of <h1>New Rule: Bankers Must Certify Photos in IEC Applications for Partners, Proprietors, or Directors to Avoid Delays.</h1> The Ministry of Commerce & Industry, through the Office of the Zonal Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, issued a directive for the attestation of photographs in IEC applications. Bankers must now certify the photographs of the Partner, Proprietor, or Director by clearly indicating the name and designation of the individual. This requirement applies to both new IEC applications and modifications to existing IEC cases. The trade and banking sectors are advised to adhere to these guidelines to prevent processing delays.
