of <h1>Customs Circular: SEZ Bulk Cargo Delivery Integrated with EDI System; Current Procedures Extended, New Clearance Process Outlined.</h1> The circular issued by the Office of the Principal Commissioner of Customs in Visakhapatnam addresses the integration of SEZ bulk cargo delivery with the Customs EDI system (ICES). It informs Steamer Agents, Importers, Exporters, and Consol Agents that the existing procedure for shifting bulk cargo from the Port to SEZ, as per Public Notice No. 10/2015, will continue until further notice. A new procedure is prescribed for the clearance of warehoused cargo to SEZs, involving filing the Ex-bond Bill of Entry and forwarding it to the Bonds Section for further processing. Any difficulties should be reported to the Commissioner of Customs.
