of <h1>Kandla Customs Extends Import-Export Permissions at Adani Terminal Until Dec 5, 2018, Under Previous Conditions.</h1> The Commissioner of Customs at Kandla has issued Public Notice No. 02/2018, extending the permission for the import and export of all permissible goods from a specific terminal near Kandla Port for one more year, until December 5, 2018. This extension applies to the Adani Kandla Bulk Terminal Pvt. Ltd., located near Tuna, off Tekra, outside Kandla Creek. The extension is granted under the same conditions as the previous notice from December 20, 2016, and pertains to specific customs notifications related to export promotion and duty-free schemes. Trade associations and customs brokers are urged to inform their members accordingly.
